4+3 stairs to reach the reception. Our room 537 ( suite Lit King -Size ), has a low light in the room and totally absent at the entrance. The pillows are small, square and very hard. No support for soap in the shower. No carpet in the tube, you slip. Very old television with blurry images. The ownwer has to change them all. The front office very, kind with manager mr Delena, and Miss Carolina and the employ from Marocco, all very helpful, an asset to the hotel. Ivanromeo.

Very dishonest and rude people!!! The General Manager is very rude! It was the worst experience ever! We travel a lot and I have worked for the 5 star hospitality industry for 3 years and we never had a experience like that. As soon as we landed in Montreal around 9-10pm we found a message in our inbox saying that our reservation for 7 days was canceled. We called the hotel and they told us to go there that they will resolve the issue. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that they have a room available just for 2 days and they won’t charge the same price that we had payed before, but it Will cost more. They tried to get advanced of the situation as it was 11pm already and they know that we wouldn’t have any other place to go. Beside we have our daughter and soon with us. After a lot of talking they agree to charge the same that we have paid before, but not for 7 days. We have my daughter and soon with me and my soon is a minor. When the two days passed they told us that they have the Room for the other days available, but again they want to charge us more and again tried to take advanced of the situation. In the meantime we had my daughter at the hospital as she was not felling well. They agree to charge the same that we have paid before they canceled our reservation. When we checked out they confirmed that they would give us back the 250 deposit. We thought that everything it was resolved at the end, but after 15 days, nothing was reverted. We called them today and they said that they are not giving the deposit fee back. I don’t want even talk about the room. Very bad maintained. The modern photos are just for the lobby. The rooms are pretty old and bad maintained. I never wrote reviews, but it is a very dishonest business. They are refusing to give our 250 security deposit back! They are a completely SCAM! After Reading some of the reviews I can see that what happened to my family it seems to be a common scam scheme they apply to the guests. We are looking for a way to report this business. Please avoid this place!

Stay FAR away from this hotel. Worst hotel experience EVER. The AC worked only when it wanted to, there was no one to help us (I was travelling with two kids), when my daughter went to shower, there was a used bar of hotel soap stuck to the towel. Upon taking the towel to the front desk, the staff actually responded with “ I don’t think the soap has been used” Additionally, the covering of the bathroom electrical outlet was completely off and resting on the counter. The bed was very uncomfortable… I could feel the springs on the mattress… The staff were rude and VERY UNHELPFUL. I asked several times to speak to the manager and it was never possible… I would have left the hotel, however it was a long weekend and very difficult to find a reasonably priced room at the last minute. Worst hotel. RUN, don’t walk away from this place!

Nightmare's hotel, dont book there! We booked a room through booking, had to cancel less than 24h before as daughter was rushed to emerg. We called the hotel, were told we could move the date but it had to be done through booking. Did that, room was charged for first night, not rescheduled. Called the hotel many times before and after, have been given the run around treatment. Honestly very poor service! Taled to manager Mohamed many times, was told I would be called back, nothing. At this point, I think it s better we sit on our loss and book another hotel.

I was overcharged over $200 and was advised I would be refunded. I have called 4 times and this still is not resolved. I was given apologies for being overcharged and it would be taken care of and now they don’t answer the phone again. DON’T stay here.
